Planning to add a "distribution" component to EPEL product in BZ
by Ben Cotton
Hi folks,
In a conversation with Carl George and Troy Dawson earlier this week,
we discussed the possibility of creating a "distribution" component in
the EPEL product in Bugzilla. The idea would be that they could use it
as a place for tracking bugs and other not-tied-to-a-specific
component bugs. Just wanted to give you a chance to object before I
did this, since Rel-Eng touches Bugzilla a lot. I don't anticipate it
causing any issues, but if it will, please let me know.
Thanks,
BC

[release] Pungi 4.3.1
by Lubomír Sedlář
Hello everyone,
Pungi development team is pleased to announce the availability of Pungi
4.3.1. The updates are already in updates-testing repos.
Main changes:
* The compose ID can now be easily obtained from the main log file.
* When Compose Tracking Service integration is enabled, OSBS tasks
will consume the package through a repo file it provides.
* It is now possible to customize ISO level for generated DVDs. This
makes it possible to include files bigger than 4GiB.
* OSBS and image_build phases can now reuse images from previous
compose. If Pungi can detect that nothing in configuration and
packages changed, and thus images would be identical, they are
copied from previous compose instead of being built from scratch.
Since this is rather experimental at the moment, it requires an
explicit opt-in in configuration.
Refer to the documentation [1] for details on what configuration
options are available.

If you encounter problems or need general help, stop by #fedora-releng
IRC channel or file issues in Pagure.
Happy composing!
