This scores high in the common-sense department and I'm in complete
agreement here, provided implementing this isn't hard.
It really shouldn't be hard from a bodhi perspective. We already have the
ability to push only certain types of updates, and I've used that a couple
times to e.g. just push out a security fix.
My only hesitation here is potential repo breakage. By only pushing bugfix
and security updates, I have a slight worry that one of those could depend
on a new package or enhancement update and we'd get broken deps by not
pushing the whole 'stack'. How much of a real problem that would be, I'm
not sure. It is arguable that such updates should be bundled together anyway.
