[Bug 995748] New: perl-Net-Amazon-S3-0.59-1.fc20 does not include s3cl script and manpage

Bug ID: 995748
Summary: perl-Net-Amazon-S3-0.59-1.fc20 does not include s3cl
script and manpage
Product: Fedora
Version: rawhide
Component: perl-Net-Amazon-S3
Assignee: ppisar(a)redhat.com
Reporter: paul(a)city-fan.org
QA Contact: extras-qa(a)fedoraproject.org
CC: perl-devel(a)lists.fedoraproject.org, ppisar(a)redhat.com
In order to fix the Perl 5.18/F-20 FTBFS (Bug #992695), perl-Net-Amazon-S3 was
updated to 0.59, the current upstream release.
However, the package should include an "s3cl" script, a command-line interface
to the module. The script has been explicitly excluded because some of its
dependencies, namely perl(Term::Encoding) and perl(Term::ProgressBar::Simple)
are not available in Fedora at the moment.
I've raised this bug as a reminder that the script should be included once
these modules become available, hopefully before F-20 Beta.

Summary: RFE: update to at least 1.40
Product: Fedora EPEL

I need YAML::Tiny ≥ 1.40 for Test::MinimumVersion.
The changes between the current EPEL-5 version (1.04) and 1.40 (the version in
EL-6 by the way) appear to be bugfixes and enhancements, with no compatibility
issues.
I (pghmcfc) would be happy to co-maintain this package and do the update myself
if you're too busy.
