User can now specify alias 'perfrepo_comment' for all regression tests.
The alias value will be used as the comment for all test executions saved
in Perfrepo.
E.g: lnst-ctl -A perfrepo_comment="kernel: 2.6.32-573.el6" run \
active_backup_bond.xml
