Well it has to be friendlier than authconfig, because generally
authconfig isn't and can't be made idempotent. It will randomly reorder
things you pass to it on the command line, so most of the time it
changes the output when it doesn't need to do so.
It would certainly be nice if authconfig would indicate somehow whether
it made changes, and actually change nothing at all unless it needs to
do so, but to me it's more important that it provides consistent output.
