That's actually what rpmfusion is doing. They have pkgdb + github repos.
(Not sure if still, but it was the case around a year ago.)
No, we don't. Github repos are only mirrors. To the best of my
knowledge, RPM Fusion never used Github as a primary dist-git hosting.
