It looks like all its dependencies are still in rawhide, so I see no
reason not to revive it, especially if its still useful.
You'll need a re-review of the package though, since it's been retired
for more than 8 weeks.
I suggest you also unorphan one of its dependencies (saxon) before it
gets retired.
