But i agree with the principe - don't ship with anonymous logon turned
on - let the user do this if he/she wants to.
This will break long standing behavior, besides, you still have to
install vsftpd, and then manual start it and/or chkconfig it on, and
enable incoming FTP in the default firewall.
It isn't as if all this will happen by accident.
