Wellllll, actually, see some earlier posts here on this. As it's currently
working, things aren't pushed to Rawhide after they've been through F14
testing.
That's only for some packages where the packager does not do a separate
F15 build and instead relies upon koji inheritance. It isn't
necessarily systemic.
