I didnt know this, Fedora's objective is, to make proprietary software
installation difficult. If this is, then I am sorry for the mail, I dont
have anything to say.
But as far as I know, this is not the Fedora's objective as refer to
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Overview.
However, thanks to Thorsten Leemhuis, for his wonderful reply. Thanks for
the good news. Atleast I can hope, soon we will get good solutions of this
issues.
I am going to join RPM Fusion list.
Thanks again.

That's a KPackageKit bug. It needs to be fixed in KPackageKit, not hacked
around.
As for your other suggestions:
* No, Fedora will not make it easier to install proprietary software, it's
against Fedora's objectives. You should NOT install that proprietary
software.
* No, Fedora will not make it easier to install software which violates US
software patents as that would make it a target for lawsuits.
* You're not the first one to make these suggestions. Parroting them like a
broken record isn't going to change any of the above. Sorry.
