There is a expectation however the all packagers read the announcements
to fedora-devel-announce list carefully. It was created precisely
because this list is high traffic.
Yes. I guess I should've paid more attention to the announcement. I still
think it's counter-intuitive to redefine the meaning of "ASSIGNED" state.
