Yep, Qupzilla appeared on the list, but there's one single impeditive
for me: Qt4
All LXQt for now is Qt5 based.

FWIW, I've got an SRPM for lximage-qt lying around [1].
qupzilla might be worth considering as the browser (being qt based and slim
in dependencies), the Fedora package is somewhat out of date though.
