Will that command return immediately if the specified package is already in the
repository? The help texts give me the impression that it always waits until a
new repository is generated and then checks for the package.
$ rpm -q glibc
glibc-2.15-37.fc17.x86_64
$ koji wait-repo --target f17 --build glibc-2.15-37.fc17
Successfully waited 0:01 for glibc-2.15-37.fc17 to appear in the f17-build repo
