All packages have been rebuild and the side tag has been merged. I was
not able to rebuild the following packages:
* bear
* community-mysql
* et
* marble (appstream-util validate-relax failure)
* mir (dependency resolution error)
* mumble
* opentrep
* osmpbf (ppc64le only build error)
* mysql-connector-java (protobuf-java subpackage has been removed)
* postgres-decoderbufs (dependency resolution error)
Non of the build failures seem protobuf related as far as I can tell.
