You have to rely on everyone there Doing the Right Thing. I know
they have lots of smart folks working at Red Hat, but in my experience
as a sysadmin, even brilliant folks make mistakes on occasion.
Still, having wider access to internal Red Hat resources has my vote.

True, there is nothing stopping (as many people did have) a index.html
in a person's dir to stop casual browsing.
