Ehm, not anymore; 2.6 kernels are available in i386 and i686 variants
only. IIRC some runtime CPU detection is being done, similar to what
MPlayer does.
Ok, I stand corrected, but if the detection is being done at runtime then this
is still accomplishing the same thing much more efficiently. I do not think
anyone can complain if they have one less kernel to compile. :-)
