My rawhide install does not see my thumb drive either. If I leave it

Try booting with your drive plugged in and watch dmesg for:
libusual: modprobe for usb-storage succeeded, but module is not present
If you see this add yourself to the above bug.
I just posted a "me too", as I'm seeing a similar issue with an
external USB hard drive.
