after upgrade to F23 on my test/buildserver all works and builds fine
except "libzdb 3.1" while the unchanged SPEC and tarball did build
without any issue on F22
how is "configure: error: POSIX thread library is required" possible
when things like MariaDB and even libevent are building fine?
