You mean there are ABI changes and no API changes?
For GNUTLS see my other mail.
For OpenSSL - there are ABI changes -
structure sizes changes mostly and there are of course some API changes,
mostly additions, some constification etc. But they shouldn't break
compilation of existing apps of course.
