This build seems not to be reading /etc/vimrc, which might be causing
this and a bunch of other issues too, see
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=188112. I believe
the maintainer is looking into it.

A stupid leftover from the vim7 test release where I've changed the vimrc
filename to vim7rc to be able to coexist with vim-6.
This should be fixed in vim-7.0c.000-3
