They are not different drivers. The name of the module built to
support the 3945 hardware changed, that's all. So, iwl3945 is just
the name used for later versions of iwlwifi.

P.S. Technically now "iwlwifi" is the name of the project, while
"iwl3945" (and eventually "iwl4965") are the names of the driver
modules.
