Currently Postfix RPMs does not require MySQL to install postfix:

Either this is a packaging error, or intentional. If it is
intentional, I think we can add PostgreSQL support.
The postfix spec in cvs contains this:
%if %{MYSQL}
Requires: mysql-libs
BuildRequires: mysql-devel
%endif
The 2.4.5-2.fc8 package doesn't have mysql or postgres enabled, so it
shouldn't require either.
