This Change was approved by FESCo on yesterdays meeting with a note: "this
requires a mini-mass rebuild for native ruby extensions so schedule needs
to account for that".
Is a ruby 2.1 RPM available for us to test build our packages against?
(I checked koji, doesn't appear to be any there.)
