That is correct.
However, querying all 25000+ .spec files from fedora every day is more
trouble than I asked for (and I don't even know how to "query on a
different architecture" (do I need qemu-static for that?), and all
that stil does not help me feed this information into a yum repository
for analysis / repoquery / etc.
You can just pretend by setting a different target. RPM knows all the
targets, even the non-default ones.
