I assumed wrong. I'm seeing the kernel parameters have been moved to
the grubenv. That is the single most significant user facing change.
Also the path to $BOOT is defined in grub.cfg, so the BLS format being
used is consistent with the original BLS spec's format, in that paths
are relative to $BOOT.
