Sorry, but qgis has been orphaned and not updated for more than 3 months, so
it needs a rereview as per:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Orphaned_package_that_need_new_maintainers...
which is already in progress here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=605373
where the specfile is also updated to 1.4.
The package is supposed to be owned by Volker Fröhlich, who is being
sponsored as part of the rereview.
So please release ownership again, and you can apply for comaintainership
once the required rereview is through.
Would be nice if our package database supports freezing up packages
that should not be claimed -- and automatically do that once a package
is orphaned for long enough?
