I find the hard way, that repodata was cached too aggressively (with TTL 86400).
repodata are now sent with
Cache-Control: no-cache
and log files (*log) with:
Cache-Control: no-store
and it seems to fix this issue.
Hopefully that was only set for the repomd.xml so that the remaining repodata can be
cached. (The other files have unique names.)
