if you missed the actual comment requesting you to reopen it, a needinfo
reminder is with 50% successfull and 50% not, but in the later case,
it's a 100% nerf for sure ;)
I can tell you what i was when i got it: surprised. Getting a report
for a closed bug from 2018.
And it caused more trouble as you may think, because removing the need
info flags, caused a dozen or more mails per bug to anyone in CC, qa
addresses etc. etc. just to learn, that it's an age old duplicate bug,
wthat was changed.
BugZilla recently got a new feature to address exactly this issue.
Just tick the "this is a minor edit" checkbox near the "Submit"
button, and nobody should get emails about your change.
