When submitting a scratch build you can use arch-override. But not for
non-scratch builds.

For koschei, you can set the arch-override in the package detail (the
link you have in the notification). You need to be logged in.
What value should I put on "Arch override" ? x86 ? i386 ? x86_64 ? in

on results of debhelper koschei page we can see that all errors are in
arm builders, for example :
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=9447926
and all succeeded builds are in a x86 .
Anyway don't forget that is a noarch package .
