There you'll find a *lot* of bugs related to pulseaudio.
And a few of them (about hogging resources and sound quality problems)
don't look like they will be fixed [soon].
Why? Cause they are being reported since the very begining, again and again.
A long list of bugs bug reports is certainly a sign that your software
is used a lot, not so much that it is complete broken whcih you seem
to imply.
Also, what's the point of listing closed bugs?
