This is ridiculous BS that is self serving. If everybody waited until
release+6M to try it out, the "safe" date would become release+12M, and
so on. It's entirely a piss poor attitude and does nothing to better
the project.
Shipping software in a stable Fedora release that upstream considers
alpha-quality and not ready for production use contributes to a
perception that the stable Fedora release itself isn't stable or ready
for production.
