There is already a BZ against webkit2gtk3 about this:

Rawhide compose yesterday apparently, so hopefully it will get sorted today.

Having said that, why on earth is ocaml-dune (a command line build
tool) depending on emacs?! There's an emacs subpackage, but maybe
emacs-nox would be a better BR for that.
