Yeah, the new rpm changed something with the way perl requires were
generated. It broke a few other things, too.
Actually it's not rpm-related, the Asterisk actually has a custom
C-based dependency checker and I wonder if something in gcc changed
and broke it. I haven't had a chance to do much debugging except to
figure out a workaround.
