That's a valid concern, I agree.
If we have a ppc64 machine running a RHEL kernel for people to log
into
to do mock builds, etc my concerns are lessened slight.
If we decide to keep the builders on 64KiB pages, then we'll definitely
have matching machines available for Fedora contributors to build/debug
on.
But I really think we should be eating our own dog food here.
Your employer and mine also care about people who use 64KiB pages... :)
