Only GNOME ones. :-)
The only file type it handles that's not GNOME/GTK+-specific is .desktop
files, and other projects have other ways to handle these (e.g., KDE runs
scripts to sync between .desktop and .po files inside its SCMs).
IMHO, it should go into a GNOME Software Development or GTK+ Software
Development group.
