These packages (and probably some more), are making proper usage
of /usr/X11R6 since they're actually installing extensions to the X
server. I guess they will need to be modified only once the new location
of the modules is known and working.
I confirm that vnc-server does have a bug in the %files section though,
since it owns /usr/X11R6 as pointed out already ;-)
