Exactly. And if there were two unrelated arches in transition it would mean
2 hubs would be needed. The point here is that a piece of hardware is
needed so SA's making the transition will need to ensure this hardware is
available.
Erm... you already have this. So will any SA making a transition. I
don't see a problem.
