(that all binaries come from) compiles the packages as root. That is dangerous
for the buildserver since that depmod call I reported will succeed on the
buildserver.
On a buildsystem with chroot, it should not matter that packages are
rebuilt as 'root' .. it does mean that you need to duplicate a Fedora
install inside the chroot though. That's what mach does.. then again,
I agree that in general packages should be buildable as normal users.
