Log a bug against audit to use:
BuildRequires: audit-libs-devel%{_isa}
...which will mean the requires provider must be the same arch. as the
requesting pkg.

Are you saying that, for example, gnome-panel.x86_64 should change its
requires of gnome-session-xsession to
gnome-session-xsession%{_isa}
????
If so, I'm guessing there are "lots of these".
