If you have accidentally done 'grub2-mkconfig -o
/boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg' on Fedora 34+ you can fix it just by
doing:
sudo dnf reinstall grub2-common
That will move the grub.cfg to /boot/grub2 and the package scripts
will re-create the forwarding stub file on the EFI system partition.
