I wonder, what Rust applications do you want to provide for EPEL 9?
(Because I hope you're not just importing *all* Rust packages from Fedora.)
Mainly I'm interested in ripgrep, fd-find, dua-cli and gitui. Possibly some
other CLI apps. For sure no GUI!
