I lost my temper and wrote something I should not have sent. I can
not undo the words said, but I can accept that I was in the wrong, and
sincerely apologize for them. I forgot to follow the motto I used to
have in my email signature, and I was not 'excellent to each other'. I
will be taking a break from email until I can better communicate.
Let us be kind to one another, for most of us are fighting a hard
