OK it runs, screen refresh seems quicker (subjective appreciation) on:
hush M10000 system
Fedora Core 1
Stock Redhat 9 kernel
It breaks xine: top third of screen goes green and X locks up hard...
forever...
Back to CLEX40038 for me.
This should have everything in it that the nonfree
drivers have except 3D (which is going to need major work to fix up) and the MPEG
engine which is getting some initial investigation now- the biggest problem being that
X has no "mpeg slice engine" interface yet.
It also doesn't have the s3utility which is a convenient way of
switching TV output on and off...
