http://bugz.fedoraproject.org/%{name} would be ideal here, but we would
need for %{name} to evaluate to the SRPM name, not the subpackage name.
BTW, this is a more general problem: currently rpm metadata does not reference
the %{name} of the srpm, but its filename, which is a PITA, since srpm
filename is not really useful nowadays (also IIRC you can rename a srpm to
anything.src.rpm and the result will build and reference anything.src.rpm as
srpm info)
