On this generation of GPUs, you'd need to use an AMDGPU driver instead of
RadeonSI to get Vulkan Support. You can do that by adding
'radeon.si_support=0 radeon.cik_support=0 amdgpu.si_support=1
amdgpu.cik_support=1' to your kernel cmdline. vulkaninfo shouldn't output
any errors after doing that.
I don't want to use amdgpu driver yet, because it lacks hardware video
decoding. See
