Upgrade paths are a concern yes, however our upgrade path stuff is so
busted anyway when doing upgrades to the next release that... well...
*sigh*.
Something is busted anyway is not a convincing argument.
Effectively through the upgrade paths the development freeze also
affects all releases < F11, so effectively it's impossible to add new
packages to the stable releases for 6 weeks. This is annoying.
