3. add Requires: /etc/logrotate.d to /etc/logrotate.d users
Which effectivly boils down to 1) except that it causes yum to take an extra 5-10 minutes
to download file lists for all enabled repos.
(on a 1 mbit link) file based dependencies usually are not the answer!
