A simple measurement will be how clean is rpm -Va immediately
post-install. No multilib collisions. No selinux or prelink confusion.
Ah, but the reverse of the medal is that you need to be able to do
something in the lines of:
yum install selinux
or
yum install prelink
and let it install, then after your reboot have it working as
expected :)
