This appears to be an ongoing issue. I cannot rebuild libcurl until its
dependencies are rebuilt (hopefully done) and have landed in the build
root (still waiting), so cmake remains unfixed for now, I'm afraid.
There's a rogue glibc override tag in place which blocks further cleanup
work, see the separate “f27-override tag for glibc-2.25.90-29.fc27” thread.
Once that is resolved and the buildroot regenerated, I think we are
close to getting libcurl (and thus cmake) working again.
