as covering "inconsequential operations".
Yeh, that's probably close. A longer explanation is probably:
Operations that are "read-only", from the users point of view, will
match packages ignoring case sensitivity.
...or as a quick hack, if it says "list/info/search" at the end then
it's probably good :).
